Sparkling Wine Workshops

We occasionally run sparkling workshops in our winery. Our winemaker Brian Martin has spent most of his professional winemaking career working with sparkling wine including 15 years working for a specialist contract sparkling facility. This knowledge and experience has been condensed into a 1.5 hour educational experience in which you will learn about the history and methodology behind sparkling wine production, take part in a tasting experience called a ‘dosage trial’ and then disgorge your own bottle of sparkling wine tailor-made to your own taste which you can take home to enjoy.

The 1.5 hour workshops are $80 per person and this includes a take home bottle of our Sparkling Cuvee (valued at $50) that you created with the dosage level of your choice. We'd love to give you a complimentary tasting of our other wines following the workshop and invite you to stay for awhile and enjoy a grazing board.

If there are no scheduled workshops available on the date you would like, please contact us and we will do our best to organise a workshop for you. We have a minimum group size of 5 and we can accomodate larger groups upon request.
