Sparkling Wine Workshops

Most weekends we run sparkling workshops in our winery. Our winemaker Brian Martin has spent most of his professional winemaking career working with sparkling wine including 15 years working for a specialist contract sparkling facility. This knowledge and experience has been condensed into a 1.5 hour educational experience in which you will learn about the history and methodology behind sparkling wine production, take part in a tasting experience called a ‘dosage trial’ and then disgorge your own bottle of sparkling wine tailor-made to your own taste which you can take home to enjoy.
