Sustainability
Regeneration isn’t a box we tick - it’s a journey we’re on, season after season. We’re learning, tweaking, planting, and sometimes even stumbling, all with the goal of leaving the land richer than we found it.
From sunshine powering the winery to bugs buzzing between the vines, every little change adds up in the glass.
Soil
Healthy soil is the starting point for everything we do. By working with regenerative practices - from compost and organic matter to minimal tillage - we’re building soil that holds more water, stores more carbon and supports stronger vines for the long term.
Biodiversity
We farm for more than grapes. Cover crops between the vines, insect-attracting plantings and new trees across the property all help create habitat, encourage pollinators and bring more life back to the land. Every season, we’re building a richer, more diverse ecosystem.
Energy
Our winery rooftop is home to a 13kW solar system that powers much of what we do. By harnessing the sun, we cut our reliance on the grid and reduce our footprint - letting the energy of this place flow straight back into the wines we make.
