Ever wanted to make your own bubbles?

Our sparkling workshops are a hands-on crash course in fizz, led by winemaker Brian Martin - a sparkling specialist with 15 years of experience under his belt. In just 90 minutes, you’ll learn the history and craft behind sparkling wine, taste your way through a ‘dosage trial’, then disgorge and finish your very own bottle to take home.

Workshops are $85 per person and include your customised Sparkling Cuvée (valued at $60), plus a complimentary tasting of our other wines. Or make it $100 per person and we’ll add a grazing board to share.

Our sparkling workshops are fully customisable. Gather a group of 5 or more, choose a date that suits you, and we’ll make it happen. Bigger crew? We can cater for that too.
