Made with grapes from our Pipers Creek vineyard and leased Williatts Lane vineyard - two cool sites at 570m and 540m. De-stemmed and wild-fermented in open vats, then raised in French oak with 10% new barrels. A Pinot that’s bright, lifted and true to its high-country home.

A fun name for a wine producer, making serious wines too. This has a bit of snap and sappiness then comes in late with a creaminess and softness. It moves mysteriously and interestingly. Lots of ripe, red cherry, some Raspberry Frogs, a bit of dried herb, some cola and a dash of woody spice and twiggy earthiness. It feels cool but has lots of ripe and sweet fruit flavour. It feels very pinot noir, or is that Very Pinot Noir. Nice drink.
