This traditional method sparkling is non-vintage blend of 65% Pinot Noir & 35% Chardonnay fruit from our Piper Creek and Carlshrue vineyards in the cool Macedon Ranges. Hand-disgorged in small batches by our specialist sparkling winemaker, this bubbly is made in an aperatif style with a dosage of 4 grams per litre. It’s crisp and lively and crafted with care, made to celebrate.
